| Q. | Is the MVESB actually a consolidation that will join all the involved entities into one organization? |
| A. | The MVESB is NOT a consolidation, but instead, a Regionalization. All companies will maintain their own identities while |
| being associated with the MVESB. | |
| Q. | Will the MVESB try to take control over each department? |
| A. | Each entity within the MVESB membership will continue to do business as usual. They will govern themselves. |
| Q. | Will the MVESB be taking over all funds and assets of each entity? |
| A | The MVESB will not be taking control of any funds from any entity. The MVESB, at this time, is attempting to create its own |
| capital. We will be conducting our own fund raisers, as a start, to help generate revenue. | |
| Q. | Will there be "Chief Officers" that will be ultimately in charge over all incidents within the MVESB coverage area? |
| A. | The only officers in the MVESB will be the governing body of the MVESB. All entities will continue their usual officer |
| structure. | |
| Q. | What requirements are there to be an officer of the MVESB? |
| A. | For starters, the MVESB will be NIMS compliant, meaning all officers governing within the MVESB will have to be NIMS |
| Compliant. | |
| Q. | Since the MVESB has a TRAINING COORDINATOR, does that mean all training must be taken through the MVESB? |
| A. | The MVESB assigned a TRAINING COORDINATOR to give additional assistance to all current TRAINING OFFICERS. |
| The MVESB hopes that all entities within the MVESB utilize our TRAINING COORDINATOR for multi company trainings | |
